KIDSPORTS is introducing a new program wherein current or former coaches volunteer their time to be coach mentors. These mentors are a valuable resource for beginning coaches as well as anyone wanting to gain some wisdom from those who have been coaching for years in the KIDSPORTS program.
Mentors are asked to committ to at least 4-5 assignments during the season. This may mean mentoring 4-5 separate coaches or just one or two on multiple occasions. Mentors can observe coaches at practices or games.
