NOTE: KIDSPORTS teams are grade-based,
- We have teams composed of 5th-6th graders regardless of age (no 7th graders allowed)
- We have teams composed of 7th-8th graders regardless of age (no 9th graders allowed)
Out of District (non Eugene/Springfield/Pleasant Hill teams) Klassic Soccer requires a team registration fee along with the following forms:
DEADLINE is August 16th, 2019.
-Team Entry/Payment forms (out-of-district teams) (teams outside of Eugene/Springfield/Pleasant Hill)
-Roster (complete with names, addresses, and dates of birth)
-Individual player registration form (or have parents supply their child’s information on-line on the KIDSPORTS website under the “Out of District” individual on-line registration category).
-Field Availability form (for out of district teams home field info)
-Coach Conflict Request form (for coaches to request game scheduling preferences)
-ALL COACHES MUST ALSO READ AND COMPLETE THE STEPS AT THIS LINK!
ALSO, once each school year every Klassic Soccer coach must register themselves on-line and complete the OYSA background check info on-line HERE at this link!!!
