Out of District teams (not within Eugene/Springfield/Pleasant Hill) contact us at [email protected] to let us know what team(s) you have and we will give you further instruction on registration. All K-8th grade games will be played in Eugene/Springfield.

Kindergarten Fall Soccer

3 vs. 3 Micro-Soccer

KIDSPORTS offers the very popular “Micro-Soccer” to kindergarten students. This exciting soccer concept lets beginning players learn the basics of the game while having more opportunities to touch the ball. Teams are formed by grade, gender, and school. The season consists of seven games.   Players will receive a KIDSPORTS jersey. Shin guards are required. Soccer cleats recommended.
After registration is closed and teams are built, KIDSPORTS Staff will work with the volunteer coach of each team to set a practice schedule at a school/field in each area of town.

K-1st Grade WAITLIST

By completing the registration you are getting on the WAITLIST.

Waitlist registration is NOT a guarantee of placement, however Kidsports will attempt to place as many participants from the waitlist as possible for the purpose of filling open roster positions on league teams. Waitlisted participants will be offered available roster spots on a first come, first served basis, according to high school area / region. There is NO FEE to join the program waitlist, and waitlisted participants who are eventually placed will be contacted by a Kidsports Customer Service member to confirm / complete league registration and payment, which includes the standard league registration fee and a $10 late registration fee. In second grade, teams make the transition from Micro-Soccer to 6 vs. 6 soccer. This system is designed to ensure young players have the opportunity to have more touches on the ball and develop a better understanding of the game. Teams are formed by grade, gender, and school. The season consists of seven games.   Players will receive a KIDSPORTS jersey. Shin guards are required. Soccer cleats recommended.

In 5th-6th grade, teams make a transition to a larger field and play 9 vs. 9 soccer. Each team plays with 8 field players and a goalie. This system is designed to ensure young players have the opportunity to have more touches on the ball and develop a better understanding of the game. The season consists of eight games, and an end of season tournament. Teams are formed by grade, gender, and school area. Players will receive a KIDSPORTS jersey. Shin guards are required. Soccer cleats recommended.

During the first week of practice, in-district players and coaches in each high school area will all meet together to complete the team formation process/practices and place all of the kids on teams.

All games will be played in the Eugene/Springfield area.
