Intro to Lacrosse Clinics: Come try out the fastest growing sport in the US….Lacrosse! These clinics are perfect for the brand new player looking to try out the sport and for developing lacrosse players, who want to work on their stick skills and fundamentals.
No equipment needed, we can supply everything you need to participate.
Clinics are open to boys and girls 3rd– 8th grade. Clinics will be run by experienced local High school and youth Lacrosse coaches who will help players learn catching, throwing, scooping and have players play small sided games. (** See Lead Coaches Bio Below)
**Josh Barbour will be leading the group. Josh Barbour currently serves as the head coach of South Eugene High School. He previously served as the head coach of the University of Oregon MCLA Lacrosse Team from 2000 to 2005 and the head coach of Marist High School from 2006 to 2007. He is the recipient of the 2001 Pacific Northwest Collegiate Lacrosse League coach of the year. Josh served as an Oregon High School Lacrosse Association official from 2014 to 2021 and is a Kidsports, Emerald Valley Youth Lacrosse and True Oregon coach. Josh previously played midfield for Eugene Men’s Lacrosse Club.
