Out of District Registration

You will need to complete the following steps to register an out of district (non-Eugene/Springfield/Pleasant Hill) team to play.

Coaches: First contact us to let us know you have a team interested in playing.
1. Contact our sports managers:

Coaches: Complete coach “to do list” for each coach each school year.
Fill out and turn in the necessary registration forms below (and the forms for your specific sport in the list at the top of this page):
1. Team fee payment (see info for specific sport in the list at the top of this page) coach must bring in the entire team fee payment before your team begins practicing and before the registration deadline
2. Team roster with names, verified grade, and school attending. PDF
3. Individual registration of each player
  1. Have each parent supply their child’s info on-line in our registration system under the “out of district” category (price = $0) at this link.
  2. Or complete individual Kidsports registration form signed by parent/guardian for each player on the team roster that wasn’t able to complete the “out of district” on-line individual registration.
4. Gym/field availability form to schedule your home games (depending on grade level, all games might be played in Eugene)
5. “Out-of-district resources” form signed by the Kidsports support services manager and sports manager (if appropriate) (see info for each sport in the list at the top of this page)
6. Game schedule conflict request form
